After the sale of condo units, we organize and conduct handover meetings with the new owners to ensure a seamless transition. For self-managed condo associations, we facilitate the effective transfer of responsibilities, guiding the new owners on establishing their bank accounts for independent expense management. This relieves the seller or developer of financial responsibilities. In cases where a management company is involved, we coordinate with them to ensure a smooth transition.
We coordinate the hiring and management of third-party architects and engineers to produce the Architect/Engineer Condo Report, as well as the surveyor for the Condominium Plat and Plan Survey. Although these tasks are typically the responsibility of the property owner, some clients prefer that we manage and facilitate these relationships.
